Easter 2015, April 5th

Easter is just around the corner and we are so excited to offer some of our favorite pies for your celebrations!
We have a special menu for ordering on Friday the 3rd and Saturday the 4th.
For Easter, we can only take orders for 10″ pies, these usually feed 6-8 people:

For ordering we will also be making:
Our moist 6″ coconut cake with cream cheese frosting topped with a delicate layer of shredded coconut flakes.
Crisp, buttery shortbread cookies hand decorated in sweet frosting.

Strawberry Rhubarb!

While it doesn’t feel quite like Spring yet, we are celebrating the first day of the Vernal Equinox with Strawberry Rhubarb pie.

Because Spring is when you feel like whistling even with a shoe full of slush!

 We are making our favorite Spring seasonal pie with an Oat Crumb topping or with a Classic Pastry top, whichever you try the Strawberry Rhubarb pie is sure to please.

Pi(e) Day, 3.14.15

March 14th or 3.14.2015 is right around the corner.

We are celebrating Pi Day this year with all of our amazing customers! We welcome you to joint our annual 2015 Pie Day competition at 9:26AM. Hint: (pi is 3.1415926)

The 9:26AM competition challenges your mental caliber and your endurance but most importantly it tests your dedication to pie!

For a free Cutie Pie we ask that you verbally recite 10 digits of Pi
For a free Large Pie we ask that you verbally recite 314 digits of Pi*
For a free Pie per Season gift card (four pies total) we ask that you verbally recite 628 digits of Pi*

At 9:26AM you can attempt to recite the digits as many times as you like. So if at first you don’t succeed, feel free to try and try again.

We ask that you don’t use the gift certificate on the same day as the competition, as we have several large orders to fill that day.

In addition to the festivities here at the bakery we will be taking orders for our large 10″ pies so that you might host your own celebrations!

Brownies sans nuts

We are now offering Big Baked Brownies at the bakery location!

These huge chocolate brownies are deliciously moist and gooey. Made with melted down chocolate and butter and then mixed with the other ingredients one-by-one. These brownies are meticulously crafted for a deep chocolate flavor and perfect combination of a soft fudgy and cakey texture.

Come on in and enjoy a nut less brownie with a dollop of fresh whipped cream!

Valentine’s Day

This Saturday is a great day to put smiles on the faces of those you love.

We will be celebrating Valentine’s Day here at the bakery with some special treats!

Try our Chocolate covered Coconut Almond Macaroons or our Hazelnut Raspberry Heart Cookies!

We will also be making some of our year-round favorites.
Sweeten up your February 14th with a Cherry pie or satisfy your chocolate craving with a Mississippi Mud pie. Whatever you try, Petsi Pies is excited to be apart of your Valentine’s celebrations!

King Cake

This Tuesday marks the beginning of some fabulous pre-lent festivities. We will be celebrating at the bakery with fresh King Cake. This cake is colorfully decorated traditional vibrant Mardi Gras colors. Braided bread fit for a king– buttery, golden brown, and cinnamon-filled. Come on in a grab a King Cake today!

Petsi Pies has changed its East Cambridge address!

We love you East Cambridge…

After (nearly) a full year of residence in East Cambridge, we have outgrown the adorable, quaint and cozy walls of 441 Cambridge Street.

Now you can find us at 594 Cambridge Street, just a block and a half down the way on the other side of the street.

Here you will find the same pies, pastries, soups, salads, sandwiches and beverage menu you’ve come to love, with 4 times the seating capacity!

Peanut Butter, Chocolate Bourbon & Banana Pie!

We are ringing in the New Year here at Petsi Pies with a delicious new treat!

Chocolate, Peanut Butter & Bananas, oh my! For this pie we use our Chocolate Cookie Crust filled with a mix of Chocolate and Bourbon, layered with sliced bananas and topped with a creamy Peanut Butter frosting and Ganache.

We were recently featured on a Cooking Channel show titled Unique Sweets. They took over the kitchen and it was lights, camera, action for our owner Renee McLeod. In this show we present our Mississippi Mud pie as well as a new Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Banana Pie!
